The First Glimpse of ‘Evil Lifeless Burn’ Teases Bloody Terror Forward

After surging again to life in 2023 with Evil Dead Rise, the horror franchise is again with Evil Dead Burn.

The 2026-bound movie not too long ago wrapped filming, prompting director Sébastien Vaniček to launch a brief teaser for the movie. In it, one of many actors is slamming a bloody steel object down on…one thing, or someone. No matter’s getting the enterprise finish of that assault, it takes a lot of slams earlier than it goes down for good, and the display cuts to black after a couple of hits so that you’re left with the character’s screams and the makeshift weapon repeatedly hitting the bottom.

Particulars on the plot of Evil Lifeless Burn are beneath wraps, save for it being an unconnected spinoff to Rise. Our new set of unnamed characters are performed by Souheila Yacoub (Dune: Half Two), Hunter Doohan (Daredevil: Born Once more), Luciane Buchanan (Chief of Battle), and Tandi Wright (Pearl). In 2024, Vaniček teased to French outlet Konbini he wished to make a “nasty film, a movie that hurts. […] I’m going to place all of the horror I’ve inside, [and] it’ll be cathartic.”

Evil Lifeless Burn will hit theaters on July 24, 2026. After Burn comes one other Evil movie, this one written and directed by Francis Galluppi.
