❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

Cucumbers both in vinegar or creamed is a dish we should have each summer time in my family.  This vegetable is a really rewarding backyard crop.  My household likes them uncooked, creamed, in vinegar and preserved as pickles.  Principally, any method you make them, we’ll eat them.  You can see each variations of this recipe within the recipe card under. Cucumbers in Vinegar

• 2 to three medium sized cucumbers peeled
• 1 medium onion sliced
• 1/4 cup white vinegar can add roughly
• 3 or 4 cups water sufficient to cowl cucumbers in bowl
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt

Creamed Cucumbers

• 3 or 4 medium cucumbers peeled and sliced
• 1 giant onion peeled and sliced into rings
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 cup bitter cream
• 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon dill
• Salt & Pepper to style
